Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.plastifusionplastics.com and any business engagement with Plastifusion Plastics Pvt. Ltd. ("Plastifusion", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India and operating from Comsia Industrial Estate, Coimbatore – 641110, Tamil Nadu.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

These Terms are effective as of June 2026 and apply to all website visitors, enquirers, and customers unless superseded by a separate written manufacturing or supply agreement executed between both parties.

TC-02

Services & Scope

Plastifusion is a precision plastic injection moulding manufacturer. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review and feedback on customer-supplied component designs
  • Tooling development, including the design, fabrication, and ownership of injection moulds
  • Precision plastic component manufacturing using multi-cavity and single-cavity moulds
  • Secondary operations including assembly, finishing, and quality inspection
  • Material advisory services covering engineering-grade thermoplastics

Information published on this website — including machine specifications, material capabilities, and tolerance ranges — is provided for general guidance only. Exact specifications for any given order are agreed in writing through a formal quotation and purchase order process.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or order at our discretion, including where the requested component or material falls outside our technical capabilities or where we cannot meet the quality standards we hold ourselves to.

TC-03

Quotations & Orders

Quotations

All quotations issued by Plastifusion are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are based on the drawings, specifications, and volumes provided at the time of enquiry. Any subsequent changes to design, material, tolerance, or volume may require a revised quotation.

Purchase orders

A contract of supply is formed only when a written purchase order is received and confirmed in writing by Plastifusion. Verbal agreements or email confirmations not explicitly stating acceptance of a purchase order do not constitute a binding order.

Tooling orders

Orders for tooling (mould fabrication) require a separate written agreement specifying tooling cost, ownership, lead time, and approved part samples. Production orders may not commence until First Article Inspection (FAI) approval is confirmed in writing by the customer.

Changes and cancellations

Changes to a confirmed order must be requested in writing. Plastifusion will assess feasibility and may issue a revised quotation. Cancellation of a confirmed production order may result in charges for materials procured, tooling work completed, or machine time committed up to the point of cancellation notice.

TC-04

Intellectual Property

Customer IP

All technical drawings, CAD files, component designs, and specifications submitted by you remain your property at all times. By sharing them with us, you grant Plastifusion a limited, non-exclusive licence solely to use them for the purpose of preparing quotations and manufacturing the specific components ordered. We will not use, reproduce, share, or retain your technical data beyond what is necessary for these purposes without your written consent.

Tooling ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written tooling agreement, moulds and tooling fabricated by Plastifusion remain the property of Plastifusion until the tooling cost has been paid in full. Transfer of tooling ownership, if agreed, is documented separately in writing.

Website content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, photography, technical illustrations, and the overall visual design — is the property of Plastifusion Plastics or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of this website without our prior written permission.

TC-05

Quality & Warranties

Plastifusion holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and applies a rigorous quality management system to all manufacturing activities. We warrant that components supplied will conform to the specifications agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

Inspection and acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting components upon receipt. Claims for defects must be raised in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted unless a latent defect, concealed at the time of reasonable inspection, is identified and notified promptly upon discovery.

Remedy

For validated quality claims, Plastifusion's liability is limited, at our discretion, to replacement of the non-conforming components, rework at our facility, or a credit note equal to the value of the non-conforming quantity. We do not accept liability for consequential loss arising from non-conforming components unless agreed in a separate written supply agreement.

Customer-supplied designs

Where components are manufactured to customer-supplied drawings and specifications, Plastifusion warrants dimensional and material compliance only. We are not responsible for design-related defects, functional failures, or fitness-for-purpose where the root cause lies in the customer's design. DFM feedback, where provided, is advisory; design approval responsibility rests with the customer.

TC-06

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plastifusion's aggregate liability to any customer, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of the specific order or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Plastifusion shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind
  • Loss of profit, revenue, contracts, or anticipated savings
  • Production downtime or delays caused by late delivery, except where a specific delivery guarantee has been made in writing
  • Losses arising from your reliance on website content for purposes other than general information
  • Temporary unavailability of this website for maintenance, technical failure, or reasons outside our control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of this website, or any manufacturing engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.

If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties, or appointed by the relevant authority if no agreement is reached.
