We will never use your technical drawings or component specifications for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific enquiry or order.

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are processed via Formspree, a trusted third-party form service. All data transmitted between your browser and our form endpoint is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS).

Technical documents such as CAD drawings or material datasheets shared via email are stored on secured business email infrastructure. Access is restricted to the directors and engineering staff directly involved in your project.

We retain business enquiry records for a period of up to five years for the purposes of quality assurance, repeat-order facilitation, and legal compliance. Records associated with completed transactions are retained as required by applicable Indian tax and commercial law.

While we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
